You are welcome to pay for your order with credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA) or by PayPal. Your account will not be billed until your order is invoiced, indicating it is ready to ship. Libraries or schools are welcome to submit a purchase order; initial orders will be reviewed prior to processing and a signed agreement to payment terms will be required.

All orders are shipped via UPS so we are able to track each order. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 3 to 14 days. Larger orders may take a bit longer.

Backorders
If a title is not available at the time of processing, it is automatically backordered for up to 90 days. No additional shipping will be incurred for backorder shipments. If you’d prefer not to backorder unavailable titles, you will have the option to request NO BACKORDERS at the time you place your order.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in Alabama, except for organizations that provide a tax exempt certificate number.
Return Policy
Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives damaged, please call the toll-free number on your invoice within 10 days of your order’s arrival. A replacement order will be processed immediately.
Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (barring damaged merchandise), you may return your books within 30 days of invoice for credit. Returns of up to 10% of the net value of total book purchses during the previous 12 months will be accepted and will be credited at 30% off the list price. Books must be returned via UPS or FedEx in resalable condition for credit to be issued. Simply email julia@mwfbooks.com your return request with title, quantity, and reason for return to receive return authorization.
