Training Program Development

A healthy, effective organization recognizes its employees are paramount to the execution of its mission, so training programs must efficiently construct relevance, convey knowledge, and cultivate growth for every employee. Employees, whether new or experienced, need to understand and be able to act on critical concepts and skills.

Drawing on our experience and ongoing study of neurocognitive research, we develop training programs and materials that equip employees, and thus enable organizations—whether they be churches training their lay teachers, schools implementing instructional initiatives or developing enrichment programs, or businesses introducing a big picture—to meet their instructional objectives.

We recognize each institution’s needs are unique, so we design support options based on needs identified during the training program development process. However, it is our desire to empower leaders toward autonomy in training. We lead initial training sessions, assist with training sessions, and develop train-the-trainer components, enabling ongoing training without continued outside involvement.
